The latest Alex Kelman's album “Ilusia” was released 15.03.2023 on Dutch label Geertruida (Digital, MK), Noiseme (CD) & Psychedelic Umami (LP).
Album was recorded during 2020-2022.
Most of the tracks produced by Alex Kelman, some in collaboration with different artists: dream-pop romantic Magnus Josefsson, shoegaze band Secrets Of The Third Planet, friend and colleague in the previous Kelman’s band Punk TV - Vladimir Komarov, old-school electronics guru Inbox and crazy electorocker Kelly Perry.
In front of a new album release, Alex Kelman presented single "VHS" (Vysoka Hranica Snov - High Limit of Dreams) recorded in collaboration with a shoegaze / dream pop band The Secrets Of The Third Planet (vocals and guitars by E.Frankevich) and supplemented with a video clip filmed and edited by Anastasia Maystrenko and Vadim Levovenya.

Vocals that kind of hit like late 70's and early 80's goth somewhere between Peter Murphy and Jesus & Mary Chain. Musically it's a modern mix of shoegaze dreampop with more pop aesthetic than droneiness. This is very light and airy feeling and would be appreciated by anyone longing for Love & Rockets or Depeche Mode stuff but mixed with more modern sonic palettes.

Schwarze. Es pluckert und zirpt, es hallt nebelschwadig, es dronet und gazet, es ist maleher noisy, dann wieder fast schon poppig und hat – siehe „Zima“ – was von Achtziger- Filmsound-track. Hier und da hat er sich Gäste für den Gesang geholt, etwa Kelly Perry oder Magnus Josefsson. Ein Album mit einnehmendem Flow.

Néhány dal még egy elektro – wave buliba is simán lepöröghetne. Amennyiben nem súlyos és a könnyedsége ellenére érdekes lemezt akarsz hallani, akkor ne hagyd ki.
